The Evolution chair is mind-blowing. The whole family loves it.
One note – we thought the chair was almost silent because we demo’d at Costco. It is much louder than we anticipated without the background noise but it is relaxing sounds. We are delighted!

Massage chairs are not created equally
Massage chairs are not created equally! Do your home work and test them out. The one we purchased, infinity, is AWESOME. We purchased the Evolution. Best. Purchase. Ever!

Overall wonderful experience
Overall, My Infinity Evolution chair has been a wonderful experience, with a couple of minor reservations. I use it at least daily, and my musculoskeletal pain has decreased, and my overall sense of wellbeing has increased. The caveats:
– Be prepared! The size and mass of the chair is impressive. The trucking company (ours anyway) will not take the 3 large heavy boxes into your home. You will need some help!
– I managed to plug in some of the electronic connectors upside down, leading to the calf compressors causing bone-crushing pain. Help was available immediately. I sent a video clip of what the chair was doing, and Infinity immediately sent a replacement bottom section. Same result, but this time the woman who answered the help line had me check how the plugs were inserted, and after I put them in right side up the chair worked great and has continued to for the 2 months I’ve had it,
– I have neck pain. The chair’s least effective coverage area is the upper shoulder and neck , so the neck massage experience is not as good as the rest of my body.
– Two months in I’m still learning new things about what the chair is capable of. The best aspect of that is that the learning experience always feels great!

Infinity Evolution Massage Chair
I have had three chairs now over the last 15 years with the Infinity Evolution Chair being my third and latest massage chair. This chair is the closest i have felt to an actual massage therapist. It has many built in programs that accomplish practically every massage need.
I had one function question and called customer service. I spoke to a Suzan in customer service and she immediately transferred me to Tech support who immediately answered. Customer service is 5 STARS.
I highly recommend this product. It was worth the price.
