What makes this chair unique is its easy-access Smart Dial Controller which enables you to recline the chair and select auto programs without needing the remote. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if there is a problem with your chair, please contact your Massage Chair Store representative to review the issue. If necessary, we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that will be used to process your return.

To get full credit for your return, simply ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging. Massage Chair Store will coordinate the pickup of your chair and inspect it when it gets back to us. Once the inspection is complete and the chair and packaging is deemed to be undamaged, we will refund your money less the return freight.
