How Our Return Policy Works

Your new massage chair should help you reduce stress, not create more of it. That’s why we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if there is a problem with your massage chair, just follow these steps:

Request a Return

Contact your Massage Chair Store representative to review the issue and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number if necessary.

Prepare Your Chair

To get full credit for your return, simply ensure that your massage chair is in its original condition and packaging, including the pallet it was shipped on.

Pickup, Inspection and Refund

We coordinate the pickup of your chair and inspect it when it gets back to us. Once the inspection is complete, and the massage chair and packaging is deemed to be undamaged, we will refund your money, less the return freight.

RECEVING FULL CREDIT

Please note that if you do not have all original packaging, including the shipping pallet, additional return charges may apply. Also, if you decide you want to replace your returned massage chair, we will apply all return freight costs as a credit toward your replacement massage chair purchase.

RECEVING FULL CREDIT

If the massage chair you plan to return has been damaged while in your possession, does not contain the original packaging, 
or requires any additional refurbishing once received, the return could be subject to additional charges.

RETURN POLICY TERMS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges including any White Glove charges along with any product exchange charges. No returns are accepted outside of the United States.
  • When exchanging, the replacement massage chair must be a model of higher value in order to apply the freight cost as credit.
  • For brand new chairs only; CPOs have a 30-day return policy with all the same guidelines.
