At the core of Zenara™ is a 4-node traveling back massage mechanism that delivers six choreographed massage techniques—kneading, knocking, shiatsu, rolling, tapping, and clapping—as the rollers move smoothly along the spine. Each session begins with TrueFit™ Body Scanning for precise, personalized roller placement. Zenara™ features 14 Auto Programs and a full manual mode, allowing users to target specific areas, adjust massage techniques, and fine-tune airbag compression intensity. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if there is a problem with your chair, please contact your Massage Chair Store representative to review the issue. If necessary, we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that will be used to process your return.
To get full credit for your return, simply ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging. Massage Chair Store will coordinate the pickup of your chair and inspect it when it gets back to us. Once the inspection is complete and the chair and packaging is deemed to be undamaged, we will refund your money less the return freight. Plus, if you decide you want to buy another chair, we will apply the freight cost as a credit toward your new chair.**
Please note that if the chair you purchased has been damaged while in your possession, does not contain the original packaging, or requires any additional refurbishing once received, it could be subject to additional charges
