Massage Chair Store is committed to providing high quality products and finding the right massage chair for all of our clients. With this in mind, your satisfaction with both our customer service and the chair you purchase are our top priorities. This is why we are happy to provide a 30-day Worry Free Return Policy on all of our products. Your new massage chair should help you reduce stress, not create more of it!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if there is a problem with your chair, please contact your Massage Chair Store representative to review the issue. If necessary, we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number that will be used to process your return.

To get full credit for your return, simply ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging. Massage Chair Store will coordinate the pickup of your chair and inspect it when it gets back to us. Once the inspection is complete and the chair and packaging is deemed to be undamaged, we will refund your money less the return freight. Plus, if you decide you want to buy another chair, we will apply the freight cost as a credit toward your new chair.*

Please note that if the chair you purchased has been damaged while in your possession, does not contain the original packaging, or requires any additional refurbishing once received, it could be subject to additional charges

*When exchanging, the new chair must be a model of equal or higher value in order to apply the freight cost as credit.
