About the Ogawa Master Drive AI 2.0 Massage Chair
As the 5th iteration in their Master Drive series, Ogawa’s Master Drive AI 2.0 is designed to provide the latest in high-end massage chair technology. Its proprietary Chair Doctor AI Technology is a form of body scanning that will suggest a massage program based on your physical condition as well as your current tension and stress levels. The chair uses sensors to automatically measure shoulder height, the curvature of your spine and leg length. A biometric scanner reads your heart rate, blood oxygen levels and even your stress level and emotional state.
The 4D massage rollers are designed to reach a wider area and provide deeper and more human-like massage performance. Its 54-inch-long hybrid SL-Track not only follows the natural curve of your spine, it allows the rollers to reach a larger area of the back: from the neck and shoulders, down along the back and extending all the way to the glutes. The Master Drive AI 2.0 is powered by brushless motors to reduce friction and heat on machine parts, which should reduce overall wear and tear.
Like all Ogawa massage chairs, the Master Drive 2.0 features a control tablet that also offers a downloadable application compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Alexa integration allows for voice control of its 28 automatic programs and up to three memory settings.

Shipping Information
Ogawa offers free curbside delivery within the continental United States. The massage chair will usually arrive in 7–10 business days and assembly is required.
In-Home delivery costs $99.99 and will deliver the chair into your home. In-Home Delivery and Assembly — also known as White Glove delivery — starts at $199.99 and can add an extra week to your delivery time. Two movers will deliver your massage chair to your room of choice within 1 flight of stairs and will assemble your new massage chair on site.
Warranty and Return Information
Ogawa offers a five-year limited warranty consisting of three years for in-home service, parts and labor as well as five years for the structural framework. Ogawa also offers a five-year extended limited warranty for the AI Master series massage chairs, consisting of in-home service, parts and labor.
Ogawa offers a 30-day return policy, but charges a Flat Rate Fee of $450 for all returned massage chairs. Additionally, the White Glove Delivery and In-Home Delivery fees are nonrefundable.

Its 4D massage techniques along the hybrid SL-Track ensure that most of your back receives massage treatment. The compression and foot massage features provide added comfort for your arms and legs. We also like how the calf and knee heat therapy offers extra coverage over the single lumbar heat therapy support that other chairs offer.
The AI Chair Doctor programming is ambitious, and though there aren’t many direct reviews yet, we will note that several users have complained about the functionality of the Ogawa app. Also, some users have experienced issues with the level of customer service and support they experienced from Ogawa.
