The Human Touch Super Novo Massage Chair
The Super Novo is Human Touch’s top premium chair. Its most distinguishing feature is the first ever “virtual therapist” powered by Alexa. After you voice activate the assistant, Alexa will ask you a series of questions, including your physical requirements and massage preferences. From there you can ask for a massage with a simple voice command.
As for the quality of the massage itself, it’s what you’d expect from a luxury massage chair. The Super Novo’s 4D massage adds variable speeds to the vertical, horizontal and variable pressure of the 3D massage process. The Super Novo design features a combined S- and L-track that offers coverage from the neck down to the glutes while following the natural curvature of the spine.
The Super Novo has a good number of features, including cold touch acupressure and a full body stretch. Users can choose from a wide variety — 38 in total — of auto-wellness programs. As a larger chair, its design comfortably fits a wide variety of body types. The Altec Lansing speakers are notable for their high-quality and clear sound.

Human Touch offers a 5-year limited warranty for half, if not most, of its models. This warranty includes 1 year of in-home service and 3 years for replacement parts. There are also 2- and 3-year standard warranties, and targeted massagers come with much shorter warranties.
